Pro Tip! Starting Your Collection

If you are new to Yugioh, you probably do not have a very large collection of cards and you most likely do not own many "high-end" cards. In order for you to successfully build a strong collection, avoid buying single booster packs from stores. Try buying singles off eBay, trollandtoad.com, etc. This way, you can buy cards that are worth a large sum of money and either trade those for other cards you need, or trade one of those expensive cards for many less expensive ones. Over time, you will have a large collection of cards that are actually worth something.

Pro Tip! Increase Your Chances!

Do you buy booster packs often? From those packs, how many holos do you usually pull? Do you want to increase that number? Here is a tip on how to increase your holo pull ratio! Go to ebay.com and buy yourself a small, pocket scale. They cost around $10 but trust me, it is worth it. Take that scale with you the next time you go to the store to buy packs. Before buying, take a handful of packs and weigh them on the scale. Packs with holos will weigh less than those with just rares! So, simply purchase the heavier packs and you are guaranteed to pull all holos!

Pro Tip! Quick Dueling Tip

While dueling, make sure you are calm, cool, and collected. Do not lose focus and make hasty, careless moves. Even if things arent going your way, do not make unnecessary moves that could ultimately cost you the duel. When attacking, always make sure you have some sort of back-up plan if your opponent springs a trap on you. Never over commit to one play and never play out your entire hand on the first turn; you will most likely regret doing it.
